THE PLATFORM
One governed loop, end to end.
The core capabilities on one model — every action audit-immutable, every record point-in-time.

ONE GOVERNED RECORD
one model · audit-immutable · point-in-time
Watch one change ride the loop.
A change enters as a request and leaves as a lesson that feeds the next one. Select any station to see exactly what the system does there — the stages, the gate engine, the feedback.
Hard gate. It passes only on resolution of every required item — or a recorded waiver, stored as a governance artefact. Otherwise it blocks.
How the loop holds
The properties that make it governed.
Capabilities ride the loop. Four cross-cutting mechanics apply at every station — they are what turn a sequence of steps into a governed system.
The gate engine.
G0–G5 with configurable evidence per gate. Hard gates block; soft gates warn. A gate passes only on resolution — or a recorded waiver, stored as a governance artefact, not a gap.
Audit-immutable, point-in-time.
Every action is hash-chained and tamper-evident. Any record can be reconstructed exactly as it stood at any moment — the audit trail and the data model are the same thing.
Impact assessment engine.
The Service Register maps business services to the systems beneath them, so every initiative can be assessed against the important business services and impact tolerances it actually touches.
Kai in the loop.
Surfaces related prior lessons at the moment they matter — wired into the loop.
